Description:
The tale,​ much like many other classic love stories,​ opens with a shy young man called Keisuke pining over a woman whose name he does not know.​ He is aided in his romantic quest by his best friend,​ Toshiya,​ and his childhood friend,​ Rina.​ Unfortunately,​ Rina is taking a page out of Cyrnao de Bergerac's book and offering advice despite her hidden feelings.​ Keisuke is hospitalized after a confession of love but finds his situation even further complicated by the advances of a lusty nurse.​ With all these events coming one after the other,​ will Keisuke's story have a happy ending?​
