The Comic Market 90 (Comiket 90) event in Tokyo drew approximately 210,000 attendees on its third day on August 14 for a total of 530,000 attendees over three days. Total attendance was down from last summer's Comiket, which had 550,000 total attendees, but up from last winter's Comiket, which attracted 520,000 attendees.
Comiket 88 attracted 210,000 attendees on the third day last summer, the same amount of third-day attendees as this summer. Both beat Comiket 89's 200,000 third-day attendance.
Comiket 90's first day had 150,000 attendees, down from Comiket 88's 180,000, and with roughly the same number of attendees as Comiket 89. The second day had 170,000 attendees, up from Comiket 88's second-day attendance of 160,000, and roughly the same as Comiket 89.
