Utano☆Princesama Revolutions DVD 5 Sells 6,871 to Top Chart

The fifth DVD volume of the Utano☆Princesama Revolutions (Uta no Prince-sama - Maji Love Revolutions) anime series sold 6,871 copies, and ranked #1 in Oricon's overall DVD chart for the week of November 2 to 8.
The corresponding Blu-ray Disc volume sold 13,000 copies and ranked #2 in the overall Blu-ray chart, and ranking #1 in the animation Blu-ray chart.
The volume contains the anime's ninth and 10th episode, as well as a commentary track and the fourth volume of the anime's original soundtrack.
The DVD volume is the third in the series to rank #1 in the overall DVD chart, after the Uta no Prince-sama - Maji Love 1000% anime series' first volume in September 2011, and Utano☆Princesama Revolutions' first volume in July.
The anime is the third television anime season based on Broccoli's Uta no Prince Sama female-oriented dating simulation games. The 13-episode series premiered on April 4. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan, and Sentai Filmworks licensed the series for home video in North America.
