I'm assuming this is probably another world line, or a time skip from the first game, well, either way, i think i might enjoy it. I just hope we get to save Kurisu from whatever happened to her.

IIRC it takes place spoiler[ before the true end, when he gets the video mail from himself in the future that tells him what to do to save kurisu. its at some point in the timeline leading to that future.]

I don't think i've ever seen an ad from the company's own youtube channel be blocked by copyright/country restrictions o_O

Most Japanese media companies have their Youtube videos blocked in the U.S right now due to YoutubeRed so you should probably get used to that...

Here's a version that works in the US and has English subs.

spoiler[This entire game should take place right in the middle of the true ending. If you recall, Okabe goes back the first time to save Kurisu and ends up accidentally stabbing and killing her. When he returns to the future, the garbled e-mail he received at the beginning of the game is now clear, and it's from his future self (let's call him Okabe-B2), who explains that after killing Kurisu, he was so determined to get her back that he ended up inventing the time machine. The true ending then continues as Okabe goes back yet again, this time saving Kurisu's life.

So! This game will follow the path of Okabe-B2, who had to live on with the guilt of stabbing Kurisu, start up the resistance against SERN, and invent time travel in order to help his past self save her. We won't so much "save" Kurisu as help our past self save her, which we've already seen happen in the true end.]

I hope that makes sense. I played the visual novel twice in a row last year and watched the anime, and it's still quite clear in my head.
