Sounds good, but I figure that casting male characters is always going to be easier. I assume the next cast announcement will be for Chaika. I want Sentai to retain her broken speech pattern for the dub.

While I'm not too keen on the dub voices from what I've heard (for either Toru or Akari), I also believe that the quick clips they've chosen aren't that strong either.

I'm definitely planning to acquire the Blu-Ray set, and I'll definitely give the dub a chance when I receive it. Hopefully it's a lot stronger than these chosen clips.

Man, they butchered that spell/chant/incantation from the original. And in this show, you pretty much have to hear it at least once every episode.

Other than that, the voice sounds good. Can't wait for Chaika. Please keep "shocking truth" is all I really ask for. I don't see how you could reword that to make it any more adorably Chaika than it already is.

Yeah, not really liking this one. Still, it's just one clip, so I've got to hear more.

As I mentioned in the other thread, Chaika is make-or-break.

I really don't care who's Dubbing it, so long as its in English, it's a new show for me to watch. Sure I'm missing out on like 66% of Anime...but I love my 33% that is English. I got other things to do in life, other hobbies, video games, going to the park, the beach, the mall, conventions, 12 months in a Year, more than 12 Dubbed shows in a year, more an enough to just 1 new show a month..2 or 3. I see Subs like GTA V, the open world is too overwhelming, that it becomes too much that I start to miss games that are "Closed".
