Can't go wrong with a reality TV plot like that, right?

An anime show about a girl being hesitantly involved in a reality show...
Considering that reality shows seem to be frowned upon here in the U.S., this makes for an interesting watch.

That's a nice take on the regular Slice-of-Life setting of "all the family members living togather is a comedy of mischief"

If the main character would be male.... I think this anime would sell out even more. There would be some sibling romance in it Smile

Another notable super-powered reality TV show anime was Tiger & Bunny. Politics, super-powers, and reality TV does make for an interesting combo.

Ah, I saw this a while back and was pretty interested. Now that they've tossed in the supernatural element this might become even more of a standout. I hope it doesn't go down the path of usual slice of life superpower shows though. Inou Battle Within Everyday Life was less than appeasing to most.

Sounds interesting. But the manga-ka's name is Ayumu Kasuga? Wasn't that Azumanga Daioh's Oosaka's real name? That's a rhetorical question, because I already know the answer-- yes, yes it was. I'm assuming that's a pen-name... I wonder if that tells us anything about what kind of anime this will be? If that person is a fan of Azumanga...
