Looks amazing, it's been a long time but looks like Mamoru Oshii still has it! Been rewatching Early Days and it has the same feeling, from the music to the pacing to the comedy.
But let me guess, no chance in hell of this getting licensed, right? |

Yes it is. Not just the promotional parts that screened with the film, but the ENTIRE film itself. What ANN seems to have missed is the announcement that Star Channel is broadcasting each part three weeks after the theatrical release, so maybe they can put up links to each part when they're eventually ripped and put up on Dailymotion. "We are NOT a download site!" they say, but they seem to have to qualms linking to pirated material that's streamed. |
