Sweet. Highschooler and an older woman. Not too many of those around.

As much as I'm really really glad Crunchyroll is adding more manga for simultaneous publishing. I really don't like their model of "add the latest chapter first then the earlier chapters later."

I agree with this. I think they added chapter 35 which is at least 10 chapters ahead of the fansub scans, even ahead of the RAWs.

For some manga the commenters on CR are already reading the scalations, so if they can get the license now, it makes sense to also publish the current chapter while they simultaneously work on the earlier chapters. They are only getting the new chapters once a month for this series (or once a week for others) so it's not like it consumes that much resources. It was this way for Naruto and Bleach anime (and One Piece for Funi) and Viz manga too

Also worth noting http://www.crunchyroll.com/anime-press-release/2014/01/21/crunchyroll-heats-up-winter-2014-with-exciting-and-industry-leading-slate-of-new-anime-and-manga
in particular this part of the press release:

Crunchyroll is also proud to welcome publisher Shonen-gahosha and literary agent Cork to the growing lineup.

this. Atleast they will add the other chapters later. Viz doesn't even have early chapters too.

If they start from ch1, then it;s not Simulpub.
IF they wait until they finish subbing them first, then they will have to delay the release. Delay release will only help scanlation.

That's pretty much the reason I haven't upgraded my membership yet.

The selection is still fairly small and the few titles I'm interested only have the latest chapters up.

I read this all last weekend and loving it. I can't wait for CR to catch up.

The reason: Narumi is a lovable goofball and the male lead who is 12 years younger actually has the stones to lay down the law to her. That way she meekly sat on her knees while he scolded her over her drinking was just totally hot somehow.
