Where is Shonen Sunday on the shonen list, I thought.

Big Comic Spirits is not from the publisher Square Enix. It's from Shogakukan.

As cool as it is to see Assassination Classroom get recognised again following the yearly sales of 2013 among other named sources below, I'm more excited at One Punch Man being somewhere up in here even if it is 19th place.

AssClass 2nd Place in Male Orientated Manga in Da Vinci Magazine poll (made up of professional reviewers and bookstore employers) for the first half of 2013: animenewsnetwork.com/news/2013-06-08/da-vinci-magazine-lists-top-manga-in-1st-half-of-2013

Being nominated and doing quite well in the 6th Manga Taisho Awards (the competition is tough): animenewsnetwork.com/news/2013-03-21/akimi-yoshida-umimachi-diary-wins-6th-manga-taisho-award

I don't even recognize half the titles on the shoujo list, but that's not surprising since I haven't read much shoujo as of late and there's that whole pesky business of not being Japanese either. Still, I wish there was an English resource that kept track of current magazine publications with short summaries of each published manga. One can wish...

but that's not a shoujo list. It's most popular for female reader list.

I'm pretty sure most of them are not shoujo. They are probably drama/Josei manga. Atleast the #1 spot on that list, Sayonara Sorcier, is not shoujo.

It's happening slowly but surely! Hopefully it will be higher in the next few years!

Nice to see Assassination Classroom getting some love! I need to get caught up on it still, but I'm glad it's doing so well!

nice to see it on the list, but i feel that One Punch Man is severely underrated (11 spots below 7 Deadly Sins? Not so sure about that, imo). Maybe it will gain some more popularity though; it's in the digital SJ in the US, and i imagine most American readers will like it
