Since the package was sent in Osaka, that only narrows it down to, what, a couple million people? You know, assuming that the person actually lives in the area, rather than commuting to Osaka for the purpose of mailing a supsicious package.
Maybe they should hire Detective Conan for this. He seems to be a lot more effective than the Japanese police are. |

I wonder if the person doing this realizes that, every time a letter is sent/received, Kuroko's Basketball gets that much more publicity.
