Living in the Sohma household would be awful! From what's shown, it's not even that fancy of a mansion, but considering all the drama/abuse that goes on inside it, living there definitely isn't worth it! xD Also, technically, it's not Yuki's house. He lived at the main estate (which belongs to Akito) for a while, but at the start of the story he is living with Shigure.
Thought about going with Tamaki, but Nagi's house is even more ridiculously huge and fancy. Also, I really want a pet talking tiger.

It was between Nagi and Yoshitaka for mansions to live in, but Nagi wins out since she's more of an anime and gaming nerd, so there would be more things to hold my interest. Abusive and scheming maids, no matter how attractive, just would get old after awhile (figuratively and literally)

I really think Lina deserved to be #1 here. The difference between her and other worthies like Vash and the Lovely Angels is that Lina is deliberately destructive. She does the damage directly - it's not a consequence of there being a running battle or "that space station may have blown up, but it wasn't our fault".
Lina doesn't usually go out with the intention to cause death and destruction everywhere she goes (it tends to reduce her food options), but she has a choice each time not to use Dragon Slave (or one of several other destructive spells she has available as a specialist in black magic).
Ed is similar in that regard, although he doesn't tend to destroy things in a fit of pique (even when he thinks someone has mentioned his height ...).

Though I don't think he should be high on the list, the first person I thought of was Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop (hell, the whole Bebop crew, for that matter). Like Train Heartnet, one reason they're always broke is because the damages get taken out of their bounty money. That very thing is the topic of the first conversation in the first episode even before we see any destruction. And other characters comment on it while it's happening as well.

The heroes of DBZ always relocated the fights so things wouldn't be destroyed. It's the villains that were really destructive.
Think about it really fast. Goku lead Vegeta to the middle of nowhere. The fight with Frieza was away from all the villages. The Cell Games were located specifically so there would be no casualties.
Nappa blew shit up. Frieza pillaged villages. The Androids went on a destroying spree. Cell went around sucking lives away.
The heroes did very little destroying of anything other than rocks...and the moon. Then again, I haven't seen DBZ in quite a while, so I could be misremembering. Penguintruth will probably correct me if I'm wrong.

I can think of a few other mansions I'd like to take residence in from anime, but of that list the clear winner is Nagi. Tons of vidya and anime, good location in Tokyo, fun servants.

Personally I would have picked Sawachika Eri's mansion if it was available. Her butler seemed like a pretty cool guy as well.
The Kuhouin mansion in Kurenai is pretty impressive and might be a decent place to live if they really did abolish the Inner Sanctum. The pair of Murasaki and Lin, as the latter is portrayed in the OVA specials, would be fun to be around, but the brother would definitely have to go. I'd just worry that I might get run over by Benika while she's parking her Maserati.

Casshern from Casshern Sins definitely should be on the list not just do to property damage but do to the sheer loss of life.

A Special Honorable Mention should go to Super Sentai or the Godzilla Movies. The combined list pales to what those two properties have wrought.

The first character I thought of was that moronic little twit from Linebarrels of Iron, because they made such a point of how stupidly destructive his "heroics" were in the couple episodes I bothered to watch. It was the only thing I liked about the show, that they made a point about how negative the generic brand of giant robot heroism tends to be.
I'm quite happy with the "within the margin of error" three way tie on the Ranma fiance poll. I felt a little bad about voting against Akane, I may "like" Ukyo better but I do think Akane is better suited for Ranma. And though I don't greatly care for Shampoo or think she fits with Ranma, I gotta feel bad for her- she doesn't have a chance but unless Mousse can ever man up enough for her, she'd never give up on Ranma.

When I saw Lina listed at number two, I was stunned, wondering just who could have possibly beaten her out. While I still personally would put her at number one, I certainly can't argue with Vash in that spot - somehow I'd forgotten about the "Humanoid Typhoon", oddly enough.
As for the mansion, I don't know enough of the options to really vote. Besides, I'm pretty sure I'd go with Mimorin's from Sket Dance, lol.

Sadly, the anime mansion I would want to live in isn't in the list of choices.
The anime mansion I would want to live in is the Kuno estate in Ranma 1/2. It's amazing all the rooms you see in the episode where Ranma is trying to escape from the estate. Some of them left you wondering, "Why did they build that room in the first place?"
I also like the alligator.
