If people have been paying attention lately, geek-chic is definitely the way to go now, as per the Wall Street Journal.
(Incidentally, WSJ also has a new article about The Weird World of Fan Fiction going mainstream and inquisitively about 'Your Sister's Sister': A Small, Vivid Gem which isn't what you imouto fans are thinking. ) |

Why would anyone want to wear glasses on their face if they don't need to?
I'm glad I recently got my new perscription with frames similar, but for men at £15, before they shoot up to £115 because of this. |

Woah. I am a huge fan of the cheery-red glasses that Nodoka wears and I'm delighted that they are getting a replica made. However, I just pre-ordered Homura's glasses which bear a very similar design to Nodoka's.
Man, Anime girls look so awesome with cherry-red glasses... the ones that I can think off the top of my head being Nodoka (K-On), Homura (Madoka), Mari (Evangelion) and Nodoka (Negima).
Well, I personally see them as replicas for display. |
