Title summary seems off. The MMO was created by a genius programmer, but the person the story revolves around is just a normal kid.

Definitely one of the most anticipated titles for summer.

I didn't read light novel but just from looking at trailers it seems generic.

This is gonna be the next big Index kinda adaption. Its an insanely popular LN right now, about as popular as Index was pre anime... and it could become the biggest action LN in the industry after the anime boosts it even further. I'm just glad JC Staff didn't get their grubby mitts on it.

Sigh. Why did Kajiura have to get attached to this project? Guess I'll be checking it out.

Looking good. Pretty excited about this after looking at promo art in a Dengeki magazine I bought a month ago and then looking a little further into it.

This the second most anticipated summer show for me (Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate is my number one since I know more about it and AIC Build is animating the show).

Psyren; RealPG; this Shocked Makes me wonder if there's this "deadly virtual reality" fever lurking around again.

Yeah, its up there for me too. Summer is one of the better looking seasons in a while imo.

1. Tari Tari
2. Sword Art Online
3. Dog Days 2
4. Koi to senkyo to Chocolate
5. Kokoro Connect

Those are my hype rankings atm.

Sure, but that's still different from being a programmer.

in japan SAO sells twice as much as AW and its generally regarded as the superior of the two so dont worry about that and while i am really enjoying AW i personally like SAO more from what i read of it.
@tsugumi technichally SAO started in 2002 since it was published online before it was published in book format so it started before all of those heck it started around the same time as hack.
edit: also for those who read the novels....spoiler[who else wants them to cover chapter 16.5 as a special 18+ ova Laughing ]
