Pure win IMO. Love Production I.G
I didn't mind Steins;gate too badly in terms of animation but they did have some issues here and there. And if anyone knows how to do robots it's P I.G

Of course the bigger question is who's going to work on it. Production I.G. can be hit or miss depending on the staff.

Chaos;Head started as a murder mystery that unfortunately ended up as teen pop idol rock stars summoning devil guitar swords and Steins;Gate started as a goofball scientist and his friends goofing off and ended up as a time traveling, paradoxing battle against a future evil gov corporation. I wonder what the insanity will be for a show that starts off as a school club getting disbanded.

All of their work isn't best ever, but I haven't come across anything I'd label as bad. Certainly not like Madhouse who can crank out something like Redline and then turn around and crank out a series that makes a visual novel look like Redline quality animation.

No offense, but you obviously did not read the VN. It ain't perfect but it's a million times better than the anime.

Good choice. Production I.G. does very good work, in my opinion. Hopefully, the story will be of the same quality.

I don't think anymore of the plot has come out since Andriasang wrote an article about the game back in December.

Hope its interesting. From what little been said, sounds like they either made robot for compeition (like Battle Bots) or its going be something really odd.
