Congrats to the winners!

Extra points from me for Hot Dog. Dachshunds are the best (next to Yorkies)! Very Happy

Blood Pegasus is one I'd been personally rooting for, so I'm glad he won. His battle suit and background are really well done.

Thank you so much ANN and Viz, for running this contest! And thanks to everyone who said nice things about Paradachshund (in the other thread too). My creative self-esteem has taken a beating lately, and it really means a lot. Congratulations also to the other winners!

Something I've been wondering about--Christopher Macdonald said in a post while the contest was still running:

It was an event that Sunrise was holding for Tiger & Bunny. I sent them a number of the entries, but I don't know if they showed any of them or not Sad

Wow, Surge looks awesome! No wonder he won the bonus round. And congratz snickersnack! That was a really unique and hilarious character you thought up; you should really write some stories about Paradachshund! You even thought up a cool superhero name for him (thinking up names that don't sound lame are always really tough for me Anime hyper).

Too bad Captain Canonball didn't also win, but the two that did were great.

Dog anus. Guy deserved to win solely cause he was able to sneak in a picture of a dog's butthole and still have the little guy look so darn cute. Plus it was freaking hilarious.

Thank you for the kind words, Tris8! I have been wondering if I should do something more with Paradachshund; maybe I will.

And I agree that it's too bad more people couldn't win, there were so many excellent entries.
