And not a single damn was given by the regulars of ANN website, as is evidenced by the lack of responses in this thread.

To be honest, I don't really much like Da Capo either so I'm kind of amazed at all the sequels and spin offs. I guess the Japanese otaku like their moe blobs...*posting this with a K-ON ad in my face*and so do the North American otakus.

I'm pretty sure they'll make an anime for this one soon.

I thought the first Da Capo was average, but all of the ones that followed weren't that great story-wise IMO. I personally think they should have let it end after Da Capo II.

As it should be. Circus keeps making Da Capo games that have absolutely nothing to do with what made Da Capo good. Da Capo fans would much rather see Kotori and Nemu than whoever the heck is this cast of new characters.

If they want to make a new VN with different characters, that's fine. Just give it a different name.

Aside from the characters looking too much like Nemu and Sakura from the original, I'm looking forward to this. Da Capo games have always been fairly good and it's a shame that anime adaptations keep tearing them to shreds.
