Yes, I agree with the ones who think that this parody will be lame. It'll be the kind that only appears funny for people who're not into anime. For the ones who are familiar with the tropes, it will just seem clumsy and amateurish.
On the other hand I'm glad that Futurama gets more episodes. The last season had some impressively high quality episodes (The Late Philip J Fry), which shows that it hasn't run out of steam just yet. |
