Annoyingly, the Cambridge Arts Picture House showing is also a Kid's Club thing, so you'd need to a bring an under 12. It might be worth checking out each individual branch. I pointed this out to Manga UK on their facebook after I noticed the listing on the Cambridge Arts Picture House website.

Although, Manga UK did confirm to me on facebook that the Blu-Ray release of the movie will support the 3D format if you have a 3D ready TV and Blu-Ray (and will be in HD). DVD is Standard Edition - but both are fairly cheap. (Source).
