Shocked You're kidding! You gotta be f*****g kidding me!

This is SOOO kickass!! I didn't think the movie was ever going to be licensed, let alone by Funimation. I wonder if they intend to screen it in theaters somehow. I definitely wanna get this... ooooohhhh, wait. This is one of those situations where a company licenses a show and fans are likely to complain because the the dub cast for say the game might not reprise their roles for whoever's in the related adaptation of the game, isn't it?

Hell yes! I am so preordering ToV First Strike.

Now if the movie sells well, perhaps we'll get a PS3 license as well.

I would really hope that the original dub cast would reprise their roles, but as unlikely as it'll be I'll still opt for the subtitles... and hope for a PS3 license.

ToV was one of the best RPG of late. I will be sure to pick up its movie, even if ToV plot wasn't what made it so great.

Nice to see they got the home video rights to "Fractale" and "Freezing." The former because it has some interesting ideas I'd like to revisit (and I likes me some physical media), and the latter because the censorship is so distracting it's almost not worth watching.

Also nice to see the "Vesperia" film getting licensed. I didn't think it was great or anything, but it was decent and had some great production values (note: I have yet to actually play the game), so I'll definitely want to get the Blu-ray at some point.

If this sells well then maybe we can get the Tales of Symphonia Anime.

FUNimation PLEASE ANNOUNCE RAINBOW FOR DVD/BLU-RAY!!!

Happy to see another film picked up- with singles pretty much gone, anime movies make for a nice budget friendly option. Just noticed the Tales of Phantasia anime is OOP- should of nabbed that :(

And nice to see Fractale picked up too. Glad it'll be getting a dub and home video release, and sets a nice pattern for Funi streaming shows in general

Aha, two noitaminA license announcements ~ now we see why they were working on a Shiki site splash page which leaked and forced them to confirm the Shiki license seemingly earlier than planned.

I'm super happy to see Fractale being picked up but I'm just a tad surprised to see Freezing. Own personal stigma to it, though I suppose.

I was expecting Princess Jellyfish and will still keep my fingers crossed.

Awesome job. I'll definitely be buying Fractale, and I might consider grabbing Freezing while I'm at it. Like someone else mentioned, a Kuragahime release would be super-duper awesome though.

Awesome! Fractale's going to look lovely in a BD release I imagine.

I really do not like Freezing...but...but I'm so compelled to buy the BDs. I am such a 20 year old male otaku.

As for Fractle, I said I'd buy BDs if they were released a couple weeks ago on that survey they ran, but opinions seem to be mixed, and so I'm now unsure.

As for ToV, I've never played the games, but I may check it out. I'll probably be tempted when the solicitation for it goes up.

Original Dub cast or me no purchase.

That was one of the best dubs out from Namco Bandai and I want to see them return... And eventually release ToV Complete on PS3.
