The first thing I thought of as soon as I read this news was that this is obviously a CG version of the Tomica Hero Toku shows (Rescue Force/Rescue Fire) that TV Tokyo did in 2009-2010, seeing as the plot seems to be similar amongst other things.

There seen to be a lot of shenanigans being pull right before Dreamwave went down, but I haven't found proper reporting for it. I suppose there are people who still hasn't heard about it.

Oh, God, please tell me you people posted your April Fools Joke early.

Seriously, Patrick Lee is an awful artist, an out-and-out liar, a con-artist, and he's immensely immature. Why do people keep giving this dude money? Heaven knows, but I certainly wouldn't let him within five feet of any of my works.

Looks like we'll be getting yet another show filled with dull surprise!!

How appropriate, everything Pat Lee touches turns into a train wreck anyway. I'm currently making a "dull surprise" face in honor of the news (while face palm Prime has never been more appropriate).

Hey Pat how about paying all those Dreamwave artists and writers you still owe money too? It's a pity to hear this guy is still working as he's a scam artist no question.

Oh god, I wish!

But with his ego he probably would have himself credited as "Superstar Artist - Pat Lee".

The anime Might Gaine explored the train concept years ago, to fantastic effect.

The bar is very very high.

This show will not get over the bar.

Nope.
