Dear NIS

There is a difference between intentionally added film grain, and taking an intentionally dark series and deciding to run it through a brightness/contrast filter, which makes the film grain look like static, and the quality look like a multiple-generation VHS fansub. Please learn this and rerelease PH so I can buy it.
