I'm glad to see Ghost Hound, but I wonder if it'll be like High School of the Dead where the first handful of episodes are free but to watch the rest you have to be a member.

Why are there asterisks on some of the ANN streaming titles, out of curiosity?

I thought the asterisk meant that the full series was available for viewing, but there are other series listed that are available in full which don't have the asterisk, so now I'm not sure.

Ghost Hound is definitely the best of the lot; any one who likes slow atmospheric anime with a psychological bent should be all over it.

Eden of the East looks interesting, I heard that was quite popular in Japan.

Glad to see these lists since Funimation doesn't always post when they update these days. Just one question, I could've sworn Funi had the license for One Piece so why is it listed in Viz's section?

Based off of what I've seen when it's next to Naruto Shippuuden, the asterisk means you have to be a subscribing member of the hosting site in order to view the video.

Except that's not a title that's asterisked.

The titles that have asterisks are all ANN titles (I'm fairly certain ANN doesn't require you to have an account to watch them):
Quote:
Birdy the Mighty ep. 1-26 (sub)*
Phantom ep. 1-26*
Project Blue Earth SOS ep. 1-6 (dub)*
Moeyo Ken OAV*
Romeo X Juliet ep. 1-4 (dub), 1-24 (sub)*
Slam Dunk ep. 1-101*

Since I'm watching RxJ, I'd like to know what the asterisk means, since asterisks generally mean "see more info below", and there's no "more info below".

Why are they only streaming subs for episodes 1-2 of Trigun? The whole show was already dubbed and subbed when Geneon had it; there's no reason why they can't put it all up in both languages.
