Wow, Warner Bros. is really on a....roll, I guess. First Death Note, Bleach, now they might have adapting a Japanese novel on their hands?

I think what's more interesting than WB picking up yet another Japanese product is the idea of WB and Viz working closely together on this. That should at least give some credit to the product with anime fans and Japanophiles.

Most of them probably never even heard of this novel, so they wouldn't care.

I got the novel - although in part because of the ABe cover art. It is actually a good novel, reminiscent of Dan Abnett's Warhammer 40k stuff.

Even though WB got them, not a single one is out in theaters or in development hell. Hopefully things will speed up if one of them make it out and is successful.
