Just wondering but except for the last one, are the other two just animated in a different country?

The other two are live-action, and the animated one (if you can call rotoscoped animation "animated") is Israeli. I think this is just a press release sent automatically that ANN has because they subscribe to Madman's feed.
Madman distributes other things besides anime. |

"Waltz With Bashir" did not use rotoscoping. See this interview, where director Folman comments on the subject: http://www.aintitcool.com/node/39829 |

I guess I heard wrong, then.
I haven't seen it (or any other film released in the past two months) due to the Ottawa bus drivers' strike. |

Tenchi: Well, I don't call painted 3-d models and footage from a live-action movie played on a tv in a junk yard "animation". But damn did Bashir get screwed, because people might get frightened if it's not a cute talking animal.
