OK...a thinly-veiled excuse for yuri action...meh, I don't even like lesbian-centric shows, so I shall automatically deem this a "pass".

If you're thinking about Otoboku, then that's not quite correct since this series is mostly concentrated on Kanako's point of view.

Very Happy I watched it last night though I couldn't understand what they were saying really, it was rather good. The art and the music choice I liked, and Maria's voice was fantastic. I liked it Smile

Can you really call this a yuri title if the love interest of the main female cast is a guy? Still I'll probably pass as well.

Because everybody knows fanboys are mysoginistic. They like yuri fanservice but they don't like to watch two girls actually in love because fanboys are used to watch girls obsessed with geeks.

I'll pass this show, too weird for me and I don't like to watch sadistic guys with girls.

I shall watch. Though if the guy is too much of a jerk and its not done in an amusing way then I will give up on it.

It sounds weird. Which is why I'm even gonna bother checking it out. A crossdressing sadist and a yuri fangirl? ..what a strange pair. What will she do if she finds out he's..a he? Stay with him as long as he is dressed like a girl? Laughing

Oh ho ho! I found the manga..Lemme read it first instead.

And how many yuri series have you watched exactly? I can think of maybe three titles (counting this one) where the girl is actually a guy, and one of those doesn't really even count, because the guy turns into a real girl. The other series I've seen though, the girls are definitely in love with each other, and have absolutely zero interest in the guys around them. So I'm not really getting your claims of yuri series being made for mysoginistic fanboys. A lot of the yuri series I've seen are quite the opposite, they are very sweet and relaxing to watch.
That being said, I'll probably watch maybe an episode of this one, just to see what it's like.

That was rather good. The animation was good with only small amounts of SHAFT weirdness. BGM was good, great in the kiss-scene. All of the voices match the characters perfectly. Absolutely loved the voices of Dormleader, Kanako and Maria.

Last time I checked most of the pseudo-yuri series main characters were pretty boys with good personality and they are often also often rich, athletic and intelligent (at least in the ones I have seen). Though this time the guy doesn't have a good personality and the main character is a girl who acts like a total pervert, complete with constant nosebleeds and falling in love with any pretty girl.

And I would really refer if you did not make statements about all fanboys based on your clearly limited experience. I absolutely love yuri and would hope that you would explain how not liking it would mean that I am a misogynistist. Also by this logic can we come to the conclusion that fanboys, that hate yaoi, hate men? And are the fangirls, that read shoujo-mangas where the girl dresses like a boy, all misandrists.

Saw the first episode, it seems okay....
I find the main character to be rather annoying with her obsession with girls (morso then straight girls are with guys, or straight guys are with girls..)
I mean, most lesbians I know are not nearly this airheady.. I find her behavior aggravating, but I guess thats why she's "cute"?
The guy is a jerk... but thats pretty much the only reason I decided to watch it in the first place... Im a sucker for "bad boys". He is actually a lot more interesting then the girl as far as characters go. Her motives for being a lesbian are rather stupid actually... "I hate guys they are all horrible and awfull".... not exactly a healthy reason for becoming a lesbian. On the other hand the guys motives for crossdressing -- still unseen. He'll be an interesting character to figure out, but if the show gets too stupid Ill quit watching.
