I don't know why this is news, but I'm not complaining. Also, buildup put episodes 3 & 5 on Youtube last year. They're not there anymore, but you can still find them on Nico Nico Douga.

the last official figu-mation i saw was the ending theme of manabi straight. i imagine this to have more fps though.

Well, technically that was claymation, not figu-mation, since it used clay and not figures. But still stop motion animation. Think "Robot Chicken" type animation (although the animation in this looks a lot smoother than that). Most recent show in Japan that used this was Kawaii JeNny I think. |
