Quote: | Louis, the amazing super junior knight, is likely to have been blessed by the Squirrel God based on his surname – and if one this is set to shake up the assumptions people make based on blessing, that feels like it might be it, squirrels being better known for running into the road than brilliant battle prowess. |
Poor Squirrel Boy, you'll never be high on the tier list of Marvel Rivals.

I can't help but feel like the author saw how often girls with super-strength get compared to gorilla's and thought "hey, I could make a Shojo fantasy romance based on that premise!'
But so far I'm having a lot of fun with the show. I like a socially-awkward Heroine who is actually one of the strongest people in the setting. I love the moment where she's getting accosted by ruffians and in a moment that would leave most Heroines as a damsel in distress to be saved, she ends up being too OP for it even phase her and just casually wrecks a dude. Not that it stops her from collecting a group of hot guys for her to hang out with.
That being said, I hope she does eventually get a female friend because what's a girl without a Gal Pal?
I feel like Louis and Osvelt from Too Perfect Saint will be in competition for biggest green flag fantasy romance lead this season.

Not normally a fan of reverse harem series, but this one is just too much fun to deny. It's an early candidate for my favorite among new series this season.

Glad this not only got picked up but is also getting covered by Silverman, since I had to drop it at episode 2 for the state animation quality, and a sharp decline in giggles from my side. Hard to hate though, and Sophia is sweet enough.

I agree, it has been simple fun. As I said in the episode discussion thread, its character work is so far sterotypical reverse harem types, but it has managed its tempo and comic timing to make a fun first 2 episodes.
It will need to offer more over the next 2. Whether it goes for piling on the support cast or developing actual nuance, we shall see.
