It's not like that. It's REMOW themselves commissioning the dubs. They should have the budget to have a Texas cast by now.

So in Latin America, we will have Nokotan in Anime Onegai and also in Crunchyroll? If that's the case that's great, being Remow the main licensor I thought they would sell it to Hidive like they did with 2.5 Dimensional Seduction (AO announced it like 3 months ago).

Most likely yeah but Remow will manage the dub, not CR, so if it happens expect a dub like what Migi&Dali or Oi Tonbo got

The same involvement Aniplex has on their dubs I guess? They're the licensor, it seems they can choose to manage it by themselves, which they've already done for the titles they licensed before.

It has been stuck in my head for far too long now.
I do wonder if CR will be able to negotiate a early release, they generally do get ABEMA releases, but since the license is handled by a 3rd party, that might not be the case.

I've saw a comment from reddit that the english dub of Migi & Dali and Oi Tonbo have some sort bad quality and not decent enough. If Nokotan had dub, should be done in-house or outsource like Sound Cadence Studio and Kocha Studio.
