Going from Sebastian Debeste to Eustace Winner is about as big a downgrade as you can get.

Well for what it’s worth neither name is correct with regards to the Japanese version of the game so…..

This was a pleasant surprise along with Marvel. Capcom was a big deal during this Direct. Kudos to them for giving us the pixel character option, they look amazing. We were in dire need of an official launch of the second Edgeworth game - with this, I think the Ace Attorney series is now complete on modern systems yeah?

Hell yeah, Ace Attorney Investigations! I admit I didn't get very far in the first game as I had trouble with the new gameplay mechanics, but I am definitely buying this day one!

It pretty much is... unless you count the Professor Layton crossover (which I do).

I am super excited to finally play the second game. I've played all the other Ace Attorney games and might have enjoyed Investigations the most. It was super fun playing as Edgeworth and exploring the crime scenes in that style of gameplay.

Better late than never I guess... Alrdy seen both games stories through the eyes of another but this is great news for the people who held out for this long. So now that they've made a collection for every entry in the series except the Professor Layton crossover, I hope we can finally expect an actual new entry to the series for the Switch.

Okay, NOW they're out of excuses for AA7.

(In all seriousness, it's good to finally get the second AAI game, though the fandom is so accustomed to the names from the fan translation at this point that the official ones will take some getting used to.)
