Um, Noland "the Liar" is executed by the unjust king of his home island, centuries prior to the events in One Piece. One would hope they're actually visiting his descendant, Montblanc/Monburan Cricket.

No, the salaryman from Black Lagoon is not a teetotaler. As he says at one point, no one can drink a Japanese businessman under the table.

The highlight of this list is Death Note until Bleach returns.

Adult Swim has apparently changed their weeknight lineup for this week, if their online Flash schedule is to be believed.

It's now scheduled to be:

12:30 - Bleach 26-30
1:00 - Blood+ 1-5
1:30 - Trinity Blood 1-5
2:00 - Inuyasha 49-53

Seems like a special schedule to celebrate Halloween (what with all the vampires and all).

Voltron is now going to apparently be returning the week after that, with a Bleach-Inu-Inu-Voltron schedule as originally planned.

Fun article this week, especially the dream sequences. Razz

Just wanted to point out a few things:

- Episode 34 of Bleach and Episode 31 of Gundam Seed Destiny will air next week on YTV, meaning that Episode 35 of Bleach and Episode 32 of Gundam Seed Destiny will air the week after.
- I don't know how reliable this is, but Wikipedia's Ergo Proxy Episodes page seems to indicate that new episodes have been airing the entire time, and that Episode 20 aired today. This would also imply that Episode 20 of Tenjho Tenge aired as well, and that Episode 21 for both series will air next week. Anybody able to confirm?
- You can find episode titles for Sayuki Reload Gunlock on the official website.

If you ask me, now that Bobobo is done, CN should bring back Zatch Bell.

What happened to the Adult Swim Bleach broadcast? They haven't been airing any new episodes. I wonder why.

It's been pulled from Saturday night since 1) [as] is dependent on Bang Zoom! (or the studio responsible) on keeping a working supply of new episodes ready-to-go, and 2) Death Note needed a slot to air in. With both things considered, it's not much of a surprise that Bleach was pulled off the Saturday broadcast for now.

Not to mention 52 episodes is the longest single streak of episode premieres Adult Swim has ever done for an anime series.

Remember Inuyasha? It went on breaks all the time. Even series shorter than that like Fullmetal Alchemist and Samurai Champloo went on breaks mid-way through.

Breaks are just the way of things. Bleach premieres will probably be back sometime early next year.

Really? Naruto is over 110 episodes and, as far as I know, its never had more than a week or two without new episodes and it has enough weeks with multiple new episodes to at least cancel that out.

I like this idea .. but suspect it will never happen.

Kinda makes me sad that the highlight of their lineup (considering from whenever the movie/reapeat/kiddie-crap ends until AS reaps) is the back-to-back new Naruto (for however long that lasts.) Blood+ feels like it is starting to meander a bit, and Death Note isn't really doing it for me (though the second half of episode 2 was interesting enough to move the series off my chopping block for the time being.)

Yes, but Naruto is not on Adult Swim. Although frankly, I kinda wish that [AS] could follow Toonami's shining example of starting to do things this way, but oh well, I guess it is sorta out of their hands anyways.
