Considering this is Young Jump, I think I can rule out Viz Media, because unlike Shueisha's shonen imprints, they seem to license series from the imprint on a case-by-case basis. I think I can also rule out Kodansha USA, because it's a Shueisha title and they don't often license those. So it has to be between Yen Press or Seven Seas Entertainment.

I checked out some pages and this looks pretty good. Superhero manga seems to be making a surge lately.
