Good luck on your travels, Tomino. I used to travel alot and every time I get on a plane for more than 4 hours, my legs would stiffen up and I feel terrible for hours both during and after the flight. So hopefully, Tomino's condition won't cause him too many medical problems on his trip across the world.

He should travel the world while he still can, he's almost 80 after all.

While doubtful he can go to all the places he wants to due to his health, hopefully he can at least visit some of the more high priority ones he wants.

He IS 80. He'll be 81 this November.
Interestingly enough, Tomino has one last project left in him. In the August issue of Gundam Ace, Tomino mentions revisiting his old "Himiko Yamato" story, which has been an idea that's been kicked around for over 20 years. He's hinted at this in previous interviews (one being an interview in 2020's Great Mechanics) and it was also published at his World of Yoshiyuki Tomino exhibition, mainly to say "hey, this needs to be made."
