That has to be a record for longest time between an originally-planned premiere date for a TV anime and when it is set to actually premiere.

KanColle 2 was both announced earlier and will air later than this...

There's KanColle 2, sure. Though if Despera anime is ever made, it will surely surpass it and become the "Chinese Democracy" of anime.
