Otakon finally has a primo guest. Kitamura's all you need to be there, if you haven't met him already. He's the life of the party.

I have seen Azumi, Versus, Godzilla Final Wars...I also am looking forward to Love/Death Kitamura's new flick. I am a huge fan of RK's films...I would love to see him direct a Wolverine film if he decided to work in the USA. The film could show his time in Japan where he fell in love with Mariko Yashida daughter of the leader of the Ninja Clan The Hand, would be a natural for Kitamura's action prowness.

He's working on something with Clive Barker right now. I agree, that'd be a neat east/west thing and a natural for Kitamura or someone like him.

I like the other stuff he did, but when it came down to MGS: Twin Snakes, it was over the top. Sorry, but that has to be the bad part about his work, that if those scenes were by him. I appreciate it, but I have to find out which scenes are by him because there is a few that are really good. Still, good stuff there Otakon!
