So...is this a brother sister romance anime? I am having the hardest time trying to figure out if this is a brother sister incest anime or not. I don't know why I'm having a hard time figuring out the plot from the summary.

Its a harem, and one of the options is a non-blood related sister (as in they grew up as bro and sis even though they're not)

If I'm reading this right no, it's not incest. MC was switched at birth , his birth parents want him to marry the girl they raised as their daughter who is actually the daughter of the parents that raised him. Think marmalade boy almost.

Yeah, but as I probably said the last time this anime got an article, it's a little weird how frequently we find ourselves saying "well it's technically not incest because [convoluted reason]." I sorta prefer romance stories that avoid that issue entirely.

Nagi was raised by another set of parents, who are the girl's biological parents. He is going to meet his biological parents for the first time. They are not related, merely having been raised by each other's parents. The contentious issue here is the age old trope of assigned or arranged marriage.
