It's fairly simple to have a PS4 game with more-or-less parity without any hard work to port it to PS5/X1/PC but for Switch the game would need to be revised/rebuilt with lower quality assets and other potential changes. A Switch port will probably release later I'd think.

Ooooh Yeah
I can't wait! Since this is done by CC2, I hope they can deliver. Although their last decent game for me was back in 2013 with JoJo.

I'm honestly more curious why they have a PS4 and PS5 version but not a Series X/S version (just an xbox one version)

The switch is very underpowered compared to the other consoles listed, so it would probably require a lot of effort to port it over.

It may be a case of Microsoft's terrible naming sense for their consoles coming through here. I have a feeling that, since it is also coming to PS5, Bamco has it in the works for Series X/S as well.

This got nothing to do with Bandai namco.. it’s a Aniplex published game.
Aniplex is part of Sony, wouldn’t shock me if they just wanna give Ps5 some extra care cause well.. it’s Sony.

It could be technical bottlenecks, or it might be that this game, published by a Sony subsidiary, has the potential to do huge numbers in Japan. PC and Xbox are irrelevant platforms in that market. Switch is the most popular dedicated machine. Sony makes their own game consoles.

Aniplex is under Sony Music and doesn't really work in tandem to any degree with PlayStation. For instance Aniplex has published Switch exclusive games. If the Switch was as easy to port to then there's no doubt it'd be listed with the other platforms in the initial release.

I'd be surprised if a Switch port isn't coming at some point. The switch has sold outstanding in Japan (basically double the PS4), so they'd really be leaving money on the table if they weren't working on a port.

The follow up article confirms it's coming to Series X/S as well. If they're bothering to port it to xbox, presumably that's a good sign for it coming west. Even if it isn't hard to port, it probably isn't worth the effort if it stays in Japan considering the performance of xbox in Japan.

Technology is suppose to move forward, not backward. This isn't a small scale game where a multiplat release would happen on Switch. They are clearly focusing on powerful hardware. You won't get that with a device that is also portable. Switch is less powerful than Xbox One which is closer to PS4. A dedicated team will have to be made to port it to Switch later on.

Am i The only one who hope the Western release of the videogame will include English dub? Since Some anime Videogames getting an english dub like OPM Hero nobody knows, KIll la Kill IF, and MHA One Justice 2, i hope this one will get a dub as well and more anime videogames that was not Naruto or DB franchise finally get a dub.

Yeah, I saw a Gematsu article mentioning that it was coming to Series X/S as well. Definitely a naming scheme situation where Xbox is all encompassing nowadays.
