Well, that looks like Pacific Rim if it were an anime (complete with a Shonen male lead and a cute anime girl Heroine).

I feel like between this and the terrible sequel Pacific Rim can never catch a break which is a shame because I really enjoyed the original movie and Pacific Rim is the kind of title you would think would do well as an anime given it was heavily inspired by anime and toku. I just wish it was somebody else animating this.

They're still trying to make Pacific Rim a thing, I guess.
Craig Kyle and Greg Johnson, huh? Not bad creators at all, at least back in the 90s and early 00s, but I'm still doubtful this will be anything worthwhile. |

Okay I'd be more enthused if the protagonist didn't look so generic.

Excited for this. Polygon as been on a great streak recently and this is looking great from the screenshots.
Also need a better look at the characters, but the MC looks pretty cute. |

While Godzilla ended up only ok in the end, I do think the first one is great. I loved Ajin and Blame. Human lost was pretty good as well. I guess we just have to agree to disagree. |
