Shouldn't it be 2014 since that is when Karen joined. ClariS is the combination of the original members Clara and Alice names.

Always a surprise when the faceless acts decide to finally unmask themselves. They are both so cute! It's too bad we never got to see Alice's face before she left the group though. Bet she looks nice too!

No, the unit kept its name and everything, so their debut date should also be kept despite changing its formation.

No, the unit kept its name and everything, so their debut date should also be kept despite changing its formation. |
Personally, I'd phrase it as "ClariS is a girl duo that debuted in 2010, presently made up of Clara and Karen." As it is, the "who" suggests that the relative clause applies to the people, not the duo.
