Hi All,
I know I am super backdated, but I wonder if anyone knew if there is any further episode apart from the 101 episode? Kinda pity that we ain't able to watch the final games. Thanks. Doggie |

halow 2 all... well i am just a noob here
well i got the anime and manga versions of the slam dunk series. but, uhmm... well, i just saw a very big gap between the two! in the manga, the tensai, (sakuragi-kun) made his "jumpshotoh" in the interhigh, but at the anime he performed it the the combined team of Ryonan and Shoyo. well in the manga this alliance wasnt mentioned at all... maybe this was "gap" that will differ the manga to the anime version. but anyways, i have to agree to ls_kim (is that correct?), its a pity not to watch the interhigh in the anime version, is there any project to revive the anime and continue its saga in the interhigh? or if there are any, can we see some glimpse of it? or just the summary. well i think i widen things up here! |

The animation (as many other adapted mangas) lefts without finishing the whole story. If you wish to know the results and more things of Shohoku's time with the best teams of Japan, don't doubt on reading the manga. If I recall well, the anime left story over the twenty-second volume.

Well just in case anybody is intersted, Inoue (original creator) updated his site yesterday and you can catch a glimpse of a "Slam Dunk Final" event that took place in japan. The video made little sense but at least you get a glimpse into japanese life.

Wow... I am happy that there is people out there still have the interest in slam dunk. Yea, ryokuzen, I agree with you. Anime version is very different from the manga version. I really hope that the rumor is true that there is a slam dunk 2 out soon. Although it is kind of silly, but I seem unable to convince myself that those characters in the story are not real life.
