I’ve always loved the Attack on Titan dub so this is certainly a treat for me.

I always look forward to Funimation's seasonal simuldubs. Definitely one of my announcements on this site.

Why are most of the simuldubs 3 weeks apart now? I'm sure it wasn't like that before. Not that I'm complaining, I'll gladly wait another week.

Its con season. A lot of VA's and some ADR directors are guests at many throughout the summer. Slightly longer wait might be to allow for some flexibility

I'm looking forward to trying out Magical Girl Raising Project, Chio's School Road, Angels of Death, and maybe How NOT to Summon. Gonna continue MHA, and haven't decided whether I'll wait to rewatch the Overlord dub or watch along.

I still wish they would dub the Mongol series. Hopefully they still will. Along with back street girls that show just looks like it's going to be comical to the extreme.

When I saw AoT Wednesday in theaters, it said watch season 3 on July 23rd on FunimationNow. I assumed it was for the dub, as the first episode was shown in English already, but I guess that was for the sub.

Oh, I see. Thanks for the info!
Even though it's just a week, I hope it doesn't become a common thing.

Non-summer simuldubs are where we often see the 2 week gap between Japanese series premiere and the simuldub premiere.

was hoping Banana Fish would be on the list. Given that that is set in America I would hope for a dub on the level of Baccano that takes advantage of some American accents to give a more realistic feel.

Unfortunately, Banana Fish is a Noitamina show, which means Amazon has exclusive rights.

Funi has not been good at updating their "Summer Simuldub" page with the cast announcements. Instead, I have found the dub cast announcements hrough the Twitter page of ADR director of said show.
