So now that Crunchyroll has Rainy Cocoa, does that mean that Funimation loses all streaming rights to the series (given that Rainy Cocoa never received a dub for whatever reason)?

Just curious, is Crunchy still up to date with the Seraph of the End manga? It's been awhile since I read it and I don't know what number is the latest chapter.

No because Funimation still has the rights to the show and could take them fully back at any time

There's no blanket "Crunchyroll gets the sub, Funimation gets the dub" agreement. Funimation still has plenty of sub-only titles (even ones that Crunchyroll also streams) in their online catalogue.

Crunchy never had Seraph. VIZ's JUMP is the one doing the simulpub every month. And yes they are current.
