So, why didn't they announce these at their AX panel? This batch of news literally came out after their panel finished.

At this point it doesn't really matter. They probably had a lot they wanted to say and do in only an hour and I guess felt it would hit a bigger audience if released straight online.

Regardless that only leaves about 5 or 6 titles to find a home for this season.

For anyone that wasn't at the panel, it doesn't really make a difference. We would be reading it in an article either way.

Ok am I just expecting too much, or are the simulcasts this season really terrible? Outside of spring leftovers, I don't think even one good show is being streamed.

I'm personally excited about cleanliness boy and The reflection. Those should be ( or are) good shows.

You must be looking at a different list than I am. When I did a quick count earlier today, I counted 25 titles with no announced simulcast.

I did another quick count and still came up with 17.

Excited to see Netsuzou Trap -NTR- listed! This was my #1 most anticipated series for the Summer season. People who skip out on this due to the runtime will be missing out.
I'm very hyped for Aho Girl as well! Looks very funny.

Definitely some good pickups here for Crunchyroll.

Yeah, there's still a lot floating out there, and a lot of the ones that haven't been announced yet don't start for at least another week. When it's their own licenses, CR often waits until shortly before the show premieres to announce that they have it, and all four of these are shows premiering in the next 2-3 days. I'm expecting a lot more announcements from them still.

Anyway, CR already has 15 shows lined up for streaming this season through their own licenses and their partners' (including two of the shows that are also on Amazon), and they'll probably get the majority of what's still left out there, too, since Funi and Amazon have already announced their full lineups.

Don't underestimate Elegant Youkai Apartment Life. It honestly is a very refreshing series, and it'll be hard not to spoiler[wish living there if only for Ruriko's food].

I dont really count 5 or 6 minute shorts as part of my list if thst helps. If someone licenses those fine but i dont really take them seriously. 10 minute shorys are already hard enough for me to take seriously

Youve got:

Hajimete no gal
New game
Gamers
Isekai wa smartphone
Jikan no shihaisha
Nana maru sanbatsu
Konbini kareshi
Symphogear

There so thats about 8 relatively left that matter

This is not true funi has not announced there full lineup. Also it is very unlikely funi would announce a title that CR does not get.

Also:
Action Heroine Cheer Fruits
Tenshi no 3P
Mahojin Guru Guru
Marvel Future Avengers

I suppose one or two of those could end up being shorts as well, but I haven't seen confirmed episode lengths for any of them yet besides MFA.

I thought yesterday's announcement said that was the whole list. Ah well, whatever. Like you said, it all ends up on CR anyway, so not really important.
