Aniplex is on a role! I don't know what philosophical differences has happened with them in the past 12-18 months buty they've been dubbing practically everything but monogatari and plenty of shows that would have never received dubs from AoA in years past and I couldn't be happier! This show has looked adorable since I first saw the artwork and can't wait to finally watch it when AoA releases the blurays for it!

Oh wow! Why on earth did i think this was a sentai title a couple months back? In any case its better this way and at least its getting a dub which is good

I was really hopeing this one would get a dub! It seems after Your Lie in April, Aniplex has been dubbing a lot more SOL/Drama shows, as opposed to dubbing just action shows when they started out. Maybe this means they'll go back and dub Silver Spoon? Either way. i'm really excited to hear this dub.
Oh, and according to the Fandom Post article, Wendee Lee is directing the dub. I am a bit surprised by this dub announcement. I did not know this title was that well received by fans for Aniplex USA to pull the trigger. This is also interesting considering that a second season was already announced; AoA could hypothetically have to dub at least 44 episodes.
Anyhow, good for the fans of the show who wanted a dub. And I hope AoA does not jack up the prices like they did with ERASED. |

And still no Mushishi Zoku Shou dub. Guess that show will always be in Limbo... Let Funi get the rights to it, Aniplex. -_-
