I see. So this isn't what's being developed for the Switch.

I really liked the original Strange Journey, but never got to finish it. Honestly, if they upgrade the graphics, I'll really be interested in this.

Figured it wouldn't be for the Switch. The Switch trailer had, if I recall correctly, Odin as he was depicted in Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse.

A bit soon for a remake of Strange Journey though, if you ask me.

I hear Atlus had to hurriedly throw together that trailer, so I'm not entirely sure it'll represent the upcoming content we get from them. I might be wrong, however.

It'd be quite misleading if they showed a bunch of characters in the trailer and they weren't in the game. But if they had to rush together the trailer, does that mean they're just starting on development on the Switch title?

I'm in the same boat, I got near the end but the grind was really getting to me. So I saw the rest of the game from some playthrough online. If they make it so I don't waste as much time exploring and grinding as the original, I can see this being a damn good dungeon RPG.
