It is. I watched the video in full last summer. Don't know why people are acting like its new this week. Awesome place Kaz has. Thank you for the greatness that is The Dark Side of Dimensions.

Seeing this I truly begin to wonder in what luxury are people like Toriyama or Oda living in O.O

Lucky that Kazuki-san owns a jukebox. Perhaps it has some Yu-Gi-Oh tunes that he might like?

Nice house. Wonder what the real-estate market is like over there.

That guy earns money from a manga with 37 volumes that got two anime adaptations, with the second one being so successful, it spawned five spin-offs based on a single type of merchandise: Duel Monsters, a card game that was originally a rip-off (even more obvious with its original name Magic & Wizards), had no consistent rules until maybe Battle City, and Shounen Jump still gains profits from the franchise despite the manga already ended long time ago. Given that the current Editor-in-Chief, Yoshihisa Heishi, was Takahashi's editor, the franchise was a huge part of his successful career. Even to this day, the game earns a lot of money and the various anime are the perfect advertisement for it. Regardless whether you are a player or a collector, there is always something for you when you are a fan or enthusiast.
Yugi/Yami Yugi manages to still be the face of the franchise. After all, he is the true Yugi-Oh!

Or it has Kaz's Yu-Gi-Oh! theme song that he himself made.

Oh, so you do have some respect left for something...original.

I don't know about Toriyama, but Eiichiro Oda practically lives in his office. He's got no time to live in a house. (But you can tell he's rich because he buys tacos 50 at a time!)
On the other hand, Kazuki Takahashi, for all intents and purposes, has retired. He can spend time at home doing what he wants to do.

Well he's certainly earned it. One of many manga authors who worked himself to near death to finish his series.
