Yeah yeah japaneses are obsessed with that movie, we get it.
At this point it's getting tiring to see this all the time.

Return of the King.

I personally think it is big news how well it is doing, in our post-Miyazaki age. But I also like seeing the DVD/BD sales chart.

Speak for yourself. I like seeing posts related to this movie and can't wait to see it surpass both Princess Mononoke and Howl's moving castle.

Let's see if it surpasses Frozen as well. That would depend how durable are the earnings of the movie from now on.

You didn't have to take your time to click on the article and then type a comment about how annoyed you are over ANN reporting on theatrical earnings like they always have in the forum of said article, yet here we are. They're just doing their job. Whine somewhere else please.

I don't think (or hope) that this will overtake Mononoke or Howl's (Mononoke being my favorite movie of all time), though it'd definitely be impressive if that did end up happening. After all, I was sure it wouldn't regain the number one spot after last week, yet here we are.

I tire of seeing someone present themselves as a spokesperson for a group. Also complaining about coverage of a successful film, is like complaining about why Obama or Trump is in the news a lot. Like another poster say, it the media job to report on important subjects.

I don't want this to pass Princess Mononoke, but even my bias shades can see that it will.

It's a great movie and I personally believe that it deserves all the fame that it gets. Makoto Shinkai and the staff did an outstanding job. The movie wasn't what I had expected, so I was very surprised by how good it was. I don't think people should make cynical and bad comments about the movie until they actually watch it.

Woah, I wonder if it can hit 20Bil and beyond. Wouldn't surprise me in the least.

And to think it's only 15 days until I can see it in Australian theatres Very Happy
