Seven Seas Licenses My Twisted Eating Disorder Manga

(April 23, 2025) — Seven Seas Entertainment is pleased to announce the license acquisition of the manga My Twisted Eating Disorder by Nagata Kabi. Originally released as a digital-only exclusive under the title My Wandering Warrior Eating Disorder, the autobiographical manga from the Harvey Award-winning creator of My Lesbian Experience with Loneliness is finally available in print!

This diary comic details the complexities of Nagata Kabi's fraught relationship with food, from eating disorders and habits to food preparation, with unflinching and detailed honesty. This short manga (originally 50 pages long) was written after My Wandering Warrior Existence and was only released on digital platforms in Japan. Seven Seas initially published the manga in English as an ebook exclusive before the release of the book written after it–My Pancreas Broke, But My Life Got Better–in order to preserve the chronological timeline of new entries in Nagata Kabi's powerful autobiographical series. My Twisted Eating Disorder will be printed for the first time in the English language in October 2025 for $15.99 USA / $20.99 CAN, in a large-trim paperback edition. An ebook edition will also be available on digital platforms.
