What topic are you refering to? If you're talking about anime, I'm not sure what FMV is. Do you mean Fullmetal Alchemist?

Basically it's the cinematic sequence to the videogame which looks better than the anime I supposed.

All over except the upcoming movie in Late Summer 2005. I'm looking forward to it.

wait what are you talking about? From what i know, an FMV is a Full Motion Video which has already been mentioned. The graphics are much better than in the actual game. However there is never a smoothe transition between the FMV and the game itself, which is why a lot of developers avoid using them

If you read the first post, the poster said it was similar or better than naruto. Assuming that it's an anime that's similar or better than Naruto, FMA (fullmetal alchemist is the closest).
But then again he probably didn't know what the other person were saying when they said FMV, so he might of just tought it was an anime.
