I just bought a subscription to WSJA but when I go to "my manga" on vizmanga.com there is nothing there but the site still says I have a subscription. On the ipad and iphone when I go to "my manga" on the app there is no shonen jump alpha. Does anyone know what the problem is?

The first thing I can think of, is did you return to the SJA page and CLICK download for the current issue. Also try downloading some of their other free previews, just to make sure things are working.
Everything worked fine for me a few days ago, when I paid for my subscription. It was very smooth. I was afraid I would not have instant access, but in less than 3 min I was reading the FEB 6th issue. |

This was a big issue when the service started.
I don't know if it's an issue they have for every new subscription, but either way I would contact [email protected] and tell them about it. That's what they said to do for those who were still having these issues. |

Ok I just logged in to vizmanga and I can read the 2/13/12 issue on my computer but the graphic novels I have got from the app are not there though. Also when I go into the app I still can't read alpha, it is not under my manga or is that simply because the current issue just came out today and apple has to review it first?
