Considering there's no information about the box itself (like which set of Evangelion disks it is) and that it costs ¥77,000, or just over $700, and considering that you wouldn't be able to communicate properly with the external seller, I strongly suggest you don't bother.

I plan on it, I'm just one of those crazy "i wanna have it all people, banging down the door at best buy at 7 in the morning when dvd's come out" sorta guy. Not to mention, there a lot of special features, that we probably wont get to see with ADV New Platinum Release, Eva holds a lot of sentimental value for me, and collecting all the authorized DVD's releases, means a lot to me.

YOu just mentioned best buy a second ago. How is your anime selection there? Is it good or bad and is it well stocked or not really. Just wondering cause at my best buy I have a hard time finding a couple animes that have come out recently or are really popular. Take rahxephon for example, I bought the first 4 volumes of it at Best Buy. Now I cant find any volumes of it in the past 2 months at the same best buy but they are advertising the movie at the store and they are not even carrying any volumes of it at the store. Crying or Very sad

Well... if you don't mind online shopping, there are plenty of good prices for various volumes of RahXephon here on eBay.

And for a great deal on the movie with a Limited Edition box for the rest of the series, you can go here and get it for $26.99.

Or, if you want just the standard version of the movie, you can get it here for $17.99.

I really love this site because they have so much Limited Edition stuff for such great prices. Give the site a search and see if you can find something that you'll like Wink.

The way I do it, is I call ahead to best buy to make sure they have what I want when it comes out. This way their accountable if they try to give me some crap if they dont have it. But my best buy, meaning driving 40 miles, is pretty good, they usually have anything i can be looking for, though they are infamous for not having things as they come out. Confused
